Generally, we do not accept returns/refund.
Except for the following situations :
- Wrong specification ( wrong items / colors ) 【Eg: You ordered custom picture frame but we mistakenly sent the wrong items 】
- Items Out of Stock
- Bad condition after you received
- Other situation at our ( "nanaghost" Team ) discretion
*Personalized items are strictly not returnable/refundable ( unless wrong items sent )
Feel free to contact us if there's any issues upon receipt of your orders. If we confirmed the items are defective and we are at fault, you'll be to choose either to :

Returns & exchange
If you received goods in defective condition/wrong items,
you have【14】calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will check if you are eligible for return & exchange. If yes, once we received your item, we will inspect & notify you and proceed with exchange (sending a new one/correct item) to you. We can only change to the same item and unable to change to other items.
Returns & Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, all refunds will be in the form of IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND which is to be used for your next purchase. You will receive a unique promo code.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your in-store credit refund.
